About Return & Refund
CaisaPan.com always take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a 14 calendar days return policy after you received the item (which is shown by the delivery information / shipment tracking).
If you have any problems about the item you purchased, please contact us by e-mail: email@example.com within 14 calendar days after receiving your order (which is shown by the delivery information). We will do our best to support your request.
I Return Process
To guarantee a fast and efficiently warranty process:
- Please inform us with your name and your instrument, describe the issue of the product if you want (you are not obligated to do this) and provide us with pictures that can show the problem.
- We will answer within 48hours and tell how do we fix the issue.
- If you not satisfied after you got your instrument within the 14 days of trail, just tell us and send the instrument back to our workshop:

II Return Policy
- About color difference:
Please notice that there might be a slight color difference between the product picture on our website and the actual product due to different monitors’ settings. Due the natural process, where the color will be created,it is not possible to set exact colors.
But sometimes the color difference is inevitable. We are grateful if you can understand and accept the slight color difference.
- Please notice that any item that has been used does not qualify for a return. Please return it with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, and the label should be attached.
- About the shipping fee:
If it is our mistake (like wrong instrument, tuning, etc.) we will take the shipping costs. If you just send it back due the refund policy, you pay the return delivery.
III Package Returned
- Please inform us the return tracking number after you returned your items.
- Use DHL Germany or your local delivery service, but please make you will deliver with a package insurance in case of the parcel gets lost

About Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know and send you an email. If there is no damaged to the instrument, we will process the refunds. We using bank transfer or PayPal.
