We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the best payment method for you. The shipping costs are partly dependent on the selected payment method. The prices listed in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may you have to pay additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties), not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The resulting delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, they can be called up via the “Shipping costs” page, are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition.
cash on delivery
Please have the invoice amount ready; the deliverer collects cash upon delivery (no checks). In the case of cash on delivery, there are additional charges[6,90 EUR Nachnahmegebühren] to be paid directly to the parcel deliverer.
Finally! Now that many have asked for an installment purchase option, you can now pay for your handpan in installments without any worries!
The whole thing is called an installment agreement and, according to easycredit, is not treated as a loan (due to possible entries).
In our shop you can choose all payment details yourself!
Transfer after production
After the waiting time we have specified, you can wait comfortably – only when we have done our work do we ask you to pay. When the instrument is ready in our workshop, we will let you know with an email and an invoice in PDF format, unless prior contact is desired.
Similar to bank transfer, you don’t have to settle the bill until after the instrument has been manufactured – however, PayPal charges a 2.8% fee on the transfer amount for its associated services.
Payment upon pickup
After a short appointment, you can pick up your instrument from our manufactory and pay with cash or an EC/credit card.
